the problem
ZRMC opens into a region with high seasonal tourism volume — Zion-area visitors hitting the same hospital phones as locals. Without coverage, after-hours calls would either drop or wait on hold, and staffing for tourist-season peaks while paying for the off-season is the kind of math nobody wins.
what i built
- Custom voice AI receptionist trained on ZRMC's services and provider directory
- Tourist-friendly intent routing that handles the 'I'm visiting from out of state' calls without breaking workflow
- After-hours triage that wakes up the on-call team only when intent justifies it
- Same Coaction platform as TGMC — second deployment took a fraction of the build time of the first
