done for you.

You bring the business. We bring the AI. Together we figure out what's possible — then we build it.

Highest touch. Highest impact. The work that earns the relationship.

we don't sell packages. we build what fits.

Every business is different. Every stack is different. Every owner has a different definition of “this would actually change my life.”

So we start by listening. We sit with your business, ask the questions nobody else has asked, and figure out where AI can give you back your time, expand what you offer, or make something possible that wasn't before.

Then we tell you the truth. Sometimes that's “yes, here's what we'd build.” Sometimes it's “yes, but start smaller.” Sometimes it's “this isn't the right move for you right now — here's why.” All three are wins.

If we build, we build to fit you. Custom over canned. Always.

what we actually do.

↑ three areas, usually mixed

Three areas of practice. Often they overlap on one project — most clients end up needing some mix.

Websites that work like infrastructure

Fast, modern, mobile-first sites built on Next.js. Sanity CMS so your team can edit content without calling us. SEO baked in. Built for the device people are actually on (their phone, in your shop, while they're deciding).

Not a brochure. A working tool — one that captures leads, takes bookings, sells products, answers questions, and connects to the rest of your stack.

Good fit for: Brands without a site, sites that look fine but don't convert, sites built on platforms you've outgrown.

Automations that buy back your time

Custom n8n workflows that handle the repetitive work eating your week — lead intake, follow-ups, data syncing, scheduled reports, inventory updates, customer support routing, content pipelines.

We don't slap Zapier on top of your existing chaos. We map what you actually do, find the friction, and build the workflow that removes it. Then we hand you the keys.

Good fit for: Owners drowning in admin, teams losing leads in the cracks, anyone copying data between tools by hand.

AI tools that understand your business

Chatbots that sound like you. RAG-powered knowledge bases that answer customer questions using your docs, your policies, your voice. AI lead intake that qualifies before it routes. Content generation pipelines tuned to your brand voice — not generic ChatGPT output.

The “AI” part isn't the point. The point is: it has to know your business well enough to be useful. We build that in.

Good fit for: Businesses with repeat questions, founders wanting to scale themselves, teams getting flooded with inbound.

Ongoing support (monthly retainer)

Once we've built, some clients want us to stay. A monthly retainer means we're your fractional AI team — quietly running the automations, optimizing what's there, building the next thing as it comes up. No big new project. Just steady forward motion.

Good fit for: Clients who've already built with us and want continuity. Not a starting point — a continuation.

how a project actually goes.

1. Discovery call
Free 30 minutes. We listen. You talk about the business, what's eating you, what'd actually change things. No deck. No pitch.
30 min
2. Proposal
We write up what we'd build, why, what it costs, and what it doesn't include. Specific scope, no fog.
48 hours
3. Build
Async-friendly. Weekly check-ins. We don't disappear for 3 weeks and come back with a surprise.
1–4 weeks typical
4. Launch + handoff
We ship it, walk you through it, hand you the keys. You own the stack. You can fire us anytime.
Ongoing

what this costs.

We don't publish a tier card because no two projects look the same. But we'll tell you what to expect on the discovery call — including whether your budget makes sense for what you're trying to do. If it doesn't, we'll say so and point you somewhere that fits.

For rough orientation:

⚠ pricing numbers are placeholders — drop the real figures in to lock this section.

Honest fit: If you're not sure whether what you need is a $2k thing or a $20k thing, that's exactly what the discovery call is for. We'd rather under-sell you something that works than over-sell you something that doesn't.

things people ask.

How long does a typical website take?
2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch, for a standard small business site. Longer if it's heavily custom or integrates with other tools.
Do you do SEO?
Yes — it's baked into how we build, not a separate add-on. Technical SEO (speed, structure, schema) is included. Content SEO is a conversation — we can write content for you, train you to write it, or hand off to a writer we trust.
What if I already have a site?
Depends on what's wrong with it. Sometimes we add automations + AI tools to a site that's basically fine. Sometimes the site is the problem and we rebuild. Discovery call sorts this out.
Can we start small?
Yes. The whole point is honest fit. If a $1,500 automation solves your biggest headache, that's where we start. We're not trying to land whales — we're trying to do real work for real people.
Do you work with businesses outside the Carolina coast?
Yes, but you'll hear “Carolina coast” on this site because that's where we live and most of our work happens. The internet works the same everywhere — we just like our neighbors.
What happens if we want to leave?
You take everything with you. You own the code, the stack, the data, the workflows, the prompts. We'll teach you (or your next person) how to run it. Independence over dependency. Always.

curious what we'd build for you?

The discovery call is free, the proposal is fast, and the worst-case outcome is you walk away with an honest second opinion.
