Who’s teaching
I’m Bre. I grew up inside Ocean Isle’s summer tourism machine — the rush, the regulars, the seasonal scramble — and came back with one obsession: helping local businesses use modern tools without losing what makes them local.
Local AI is my practice: one human, a bench of well-raised robots, and a phone that actually gets answered. I teach as I build. If you don’t understand what you made tonight, I did it wrong.

Questions, answered straight
Do I need to be technical?
If you can copy, paste, and type about your rental, you’re qualified. Bring a laptop — phones work for watching, but typing gets cramped.
What do I need before the night?
A laptop, your listing basics (house rules, the questions guests always ask, a recent guest thread if you have one), and a free AI account — your prep email walks you through it in about five minutes.
Which platforms does it work with?
Airbnb, VRBO, direct bookings, carrier pigeon. The co-host drafts the words; you paste them where they go. Deeper inbox integration is exactly what the done-for-you tier is for.
Will it sound like a robot to my guests?
Part of the hour is literally teaching it to sound like you — your phrases, your warmth, your “y’all.” If it still sounds robotic, we fix it together before you leave.
Is my guest data safe?
Your setup runs in your own AI account — we never see it, store it, or want it. During the build you can use our example messages or your own, and we’ll flag what never to paste anywhere (real emails, phone numbers, payment details) as we go.
What if I can’t make it live?
The replay and cheatsheet get you the whole system. But live is where we troubleshoot YOUR setup — that’s the part worth showing up for.
What if I get stuck afterward?
You get 30 days in the attendee group — ask anything. If you want it to keep going, that’s what the community is for.
What’s the refund policy?
Can’t make it? Transfer your seat to the next run or take a full refund — just tell us before doors open Wednesday. After that, the replay’s yours either way.
Is this a sales pitch in disguise?

Do I have to keep paying for anything?
The workshop is one-time. The co-host you build runs on a free AI account (a paid tier — about $20/mo to the AI company, not to us — makes it stronger, and it’s optional). Everything else is optional and priced above.
