the problem
Glen's network needed front-desk coverage across multiple regional hospitals — phones ringing into voicemail, leads dropping, after-hours appointments missed. Hiring more receptionists per location was both expensive and impossible to staff for. They needed a voice that could pick up 24/7, route calls, schedule appointments, and feel like the local hospital — not a 1-800 phone tree.
what i built
- Three voice AI receptionists deployed across the Coaction network
- Custom intent routing per location — each one knows its own services, hours, and providers
- Appointment scheduling integrated with the underlying booking systems
- Designed HIPAA-ready from day one, even though the deployments are pre-launch
- Single platform Glen can grow — adding hospital #4 doesn't mean re-architecting #1-3
