Privacy, in plain English

Local AI, LLC (localai.systems) collects as little as possible. Here’s the whole list:

• Newsletter: your email, because you gave it to us. Unsubscribe anytime — every send has the link.
• Workshop tickets & sessions: your name and email come to us from our payment processor (PayPal) when you buy a seat. They process the payment — we never see or store your card details. We use your email to send the thing you bought: confirmations, reminders, the replay.
• Portal access requests: what you type in the request form, so we can respond.
• Site analytics: cookie-less, aggregate page counts (Vercel Analytics). No ad trackers, no pixels, no selling data — ever.
• The terminal concierge: if you chat with our little terminal assistant, what you type is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate the reply — we don’t store the conversation.

Deleting your data

Want your data gone? Email yall@localai.systems with the subject “Delete my data.” We’ll erase everything tied to you — newsletter email, workshop and session records, portal requests, and anything else listed above — within 30 days, and reply to confirm when it’s done. No account or login required to ask.

Connected with us through Facebook or Instagram? The same email removes any profile details we received from Meta. You can also revoke our access anytime — on Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, or on Instagram under Settings → Apps and websites.
